TRANSPORT

Goods are shipped using our own means or trusted couriers, with free port or with a minimum contribution charged on the invoice. Deliveries are guaranteed within 24/48 hours if the order is placed by the morning of the previous day.

COMPLAINTS

The company commits to replace any defective items and any breakages caused by transport mishandling at any time. In case of shortages or breakages to the boxes caused by couriers, no compensation will be provided without a reservation at the time of delivery.

ASSISTANCE, RETURNS, AND REPAIRS

The return of goods must be previously authorized by us and made within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, according to the indicated methods: through a representative or our couriers; in any case, the goods must be accompanied by a delivery note showing the details of our invoice to which it refers.

CONDITIONS FOR A POSSIBLE RETURN

Shipment with your trusted courier to ensure that the package reaches its destination intact and without any damage to the goods inside. Proper packaging of the goods and the package itself with the use of suitable materials for what needs to be shipped is essential.

Reels will all be repaired under warranty (new reels with manufacturing defects) without any charge for spare parts and labor.

For used and visibly damaged reels (no longer under warranty), repairs will be carried out at a cost of € 5.00 (intended as a contribution, partially covering the labor cost) plus the cost of spare parts.

If it is impossible to repair the reel (because the cost of repair exceeds the purchase price of the product), with your consent, we can send you a new reel (if available in our warehouse) at an agreed cost. If this is not of interest to you, we will return the reel as per your return.

Regarding electric reels, the above-mentioned conditions do not apply.

Rods will all be repaired under warranty (new rods with manufacturing defects) without any charge for spare parts and labor.

For used rods, repairs will be carried out at a cost of € 5.00 (intended as a contribution, partially covering the labor cost) plus the cost of spare parts.

If it is impossible to repair the rod (because the cost of repair exceeds the purchase price of the product), with your consent, we can send you a new rod (if available in our warehouse) at an agreed cost. If this is not of interest to you, we will return the rod as per your return.

IMPORTANT

Always indicate the issue found on the returned product and provide the name of the store. Arrange the return with the company and the local agent before shipping.

All repairs will be sent to you with cash-on-delivery invoicing.

We remain at your complete disposal for further inquiries.

WARRANTY

All our items are covered by the legal "EU" warranty provided by law, with a validity of 2 years from the moment of delivery. It is important to know that if the purchased product malfunctions due to causes attributable to it (e.g., improper use or tampering), it is not entitled to the warranty! The warranty also does not cover parts subject to wear, only manufacturing defects that manifest themselves immediately after the purchase. It is advisable to keep all documents related to purchases made, such as receipts and payments made via POS or credit card. Without a proof element, it becomes practically impossible to demonstrate the place and time of purchase. To claim the warranty, the consumer must contact the shop where the purchase was made to receive warranty service for a product.

UNPAID ITEMS

Banking costs for administrative expenses recovery and interest for late payment at the current rate will be charged.
